What is PowerPoint?
Microsoft PowerPoint is a presentation type of software application. The file extension name of Microsoft PowerPoint is PPT. PPT is a file extension for a presentation file formats used by Microsoft PowerPoint, the popular presentation software commonly used for office and educational slide shows. All text, images, sound and video used in the presentation are contained in the PPT file. The PowerPoint file is called presentation. One presentation consist number of the slide.

Used of PowerPoint?
You can create any types of video, image, animation presentation in the PowerPoint by using from slide, handouts of speakers note.

What is Slide?
Slides are individual page of a presentation. It may contain text, graphs, Clip Art, auto shape etc.

Slide view?
In slide view you see and work on the slide at a time. You can type text, change the slide, layout and graphics, draw shapes.

What is Slide shorter view?
The slide shorter view display a miniature of each slide in your presentation. If you needed to recorder, change the slide and delete the slide easily.

How many slide layout in the PowerPoint?
There are 27 layout in the Microsoft PowerPoint.

How many types of slide layout in the PowerPoint?
So many slide layout in the Microsoft PowerPoint-

                                       i.            Text layout
                                     ii.            Content layout
                                   iii.            Blank layout
Text layout:
Text layout is used only for write text. There are four type of text layout in Microsoft PowerPoint.

How to open PowerPoint?
To open the Microsoft PowerPoint you have to click on the start button after clicking on the start button you have to click on the Microsoft PowerPoint option and then your PowerPoint application will open.

How to save presentation files?
To save a file click on the File button in top bar then click on save after click on save choose file location where you want to store the file then write the file name you want and click on ok.

How to get a new slide?
To open a new slide click on home button in the top bar then click on new slide option.

How to take a blank Presentation?
To open a blank Presentation click on the home button in the top bar then click on list box of new slide after do that click on blank.

How to rotate object in PowerPoint?
To rotate an object in Microsoft PowerPoint first you have to tap on the object then select the rotation handle at the top of the object and drag in the direction you want.

How to Flip an object in PowerPoint?
To Flip an object, select drawing tools then rotate and then Flip Vertical or Flip Horizontal.

How to your show Presentation?
To show your slide show presentation click F5 key in you keyboard.

How to insert any picture in the text layout?
To insert a picture in your text layout click on add title then click on the list box of the shape fill then click on picture option and choose the picture which you want to insert then click on insert button.

How to remove picture from the text layout?
To remove picture from text layout click on layout then click on the list box of shape fill and click on no fill your picture will remove.

How to insert any picture in Background?
To insert any picture in background you have to right click on the background then click on format background then click on picture or texture file then click on file and choose the picture which one you want to insert in background then click on insert button then close. You can see your picture will set in the background.

How to set custom animation in slide?
To set custom animation in your slide you have to click on slide after doing that click on animations option in the top bar then click on custom animation then click on custom animation button then click on add effect then choose any effect style(Entrance, Emphasis, Exit, Motion paths) then choose speed and after doing this you can show your presentation.

Introduction: MS-WORD is a word processor in which you can type any documents like Paragraph, Latter, Report or many more. The extension name of Microsoft Word is DOC-X.

Function of word: In word you can type the text, delete the text, spelling and grammar check or many more things.

How to open MS-WORD:

Steps:
Click on the start button in the task bar then select the program option from the start menu then click on the Microsoft Word option.

How to save a file?
First create your document then click on the office button then click on save button then write file name which one name you wanted to save and click on save.

How to open a file?
First click on office button then click on open then choose your file and at last press open.

How to take a new page?
First click on office button then click on new button after then click on Blank document and Create.

Superscript: To change the text as a power text.

How to create Superscript?
First write your document then Select the letter which one you want to create power then click on home press font tab then click on the Super Script(x2).

Subscript: To change the text as a lower text.

How to create Subscript?
First write your document then Select the letter which one you want to create subscript then click on home then click on font tab at last click on Subscript(x2).

CLIP ART

How to get Clip Art?
First click on the insert then click on Clip Art then click on go then choose any clip art and click on the clip art.

How to move the Clip Art?
First click on the Clip Art button then click on the text wrapping and click on Through.

How to break Clip Art?
First right click on the Clip Art button then click on Grouping and Ungroup.

First click on insert menu then click on Word Art choose any Word Art which you want to give then Write your text at last press ok.

How to move the Word Art?
First click on Word Art then click on text wrapping  then click on Through/Infront of text.

How to give Bullets and Number?
First write anything then Select all then click on Home then click on Paragraph tab then Click on Bullets and Numbers.

How to change Bullets style?
 First select your text then click on bullet list box then choose your bullet.

How to change Number style?
First select your text then click on number list box and choose number style which one you wanted to give.

How to clear Bullets and Numbers?
Select the text then click on bullet/number list box and click on none.

How to change bullet size?
First select the bullet then press CTRL+[ for do big and press CTRL+] for small.

Border and Shading


How to give Border?
First write anything then select all then click on page layout button then click on page Border choose page border, style, color, width and press OK.

How to remove Border?
Select the text then click on page layout then click on page border then click on border then click on none and press OK.

How to give Shading?
First select your text click on page layout then click on page border then click on shading click on fill color box choose color then click on pattern style list box choose pattern and press ok.

How to remove Shading?
First select your text then click on page layout click on page border then click on shading then click on fill box then no color then click on pattern style list box choose clear and press ok.

How to give page Color?
Go to page layout then click on page color box choose the color you want to give and press ok.

Go to page layout then click on watermark then click on custom watermark then write your text in the text box then choose font, size, color and press ok.

How to give picture in Watermark?
Go to page layout section then click on watermark after clicking on watermark click on custom watermark then click on picture watermark then click on select picture then choose the picture which one you want to give then click on insert select scale and press ok.

Change Case

How many types of Case?
There are five types of Case-

Write anything then select all then go to home section then click on change chase and choose the case.

How to change Themes?
First go to page layout section then click on themes and choose the theme.

How to remove Themes?
Go to page layout section then click on themes and click on reset to the theme from template.

Drop Cap

PRO: Drop Cap is used to create the first letter of the text as a larger object.

How to create Drop Cap?
First write anything then select all then click on insert then click on Drop Cap and Dropped.

How to remove Drop Cap?
Select the text then click on insert then click on Drop Cap and click on none.

How to insert any picture as a background?
First go to page layout section then click on page color then click on fill effect after clicking on fill effect click on picture then select the picture which one you want to give then click on insert and press ok.

How to clear background?
Go to page layout section then click on page color and click on no color.

Auto Shape

How to get Auto Shape?
Go to insert menu then click on shapes then choose any auto shape then click on the page and drag.

How to change fill color of the Auto Shape?
First click on Auto Shape then go to format section then click on the list box of shape fill and choose color which one you want to give.

How to insert any picture in Auto Shape?
First click on Auto Shape then click on the list box of fill color then click on picture section and choose the picture from your computer which one you want to give then click on insert.

How to change the transparency of Auto Shape?
Right click on the auto shape then click on format auto shape then you can do maximum and minimum transparency of auto shape.

How to write text on the Auto Shape?
Right click on the auto shape then you can add text.

How to clear the Auto Shape?
First click on auto shape then click on the list box of fill color and press on no fill.

How to insert any symbol?
Go to insert section then symbol after clicking on symbol choose any symbol then insert and close.

Spelling and

Red Underline: If show the Red Underline bellow the text that means spelling mistake.

Green Underline: If show Green Underline bellow the text that means Grammatical mistake.

Table

How to create a Table?
Go to insert section then click on table after clicking on table click on insert table then choose columns and rows number then press ok.

How to insert a new column in the Table?
Set the cursor in your position then go to layout section and insert left or right.

How to insert a new row in the Table?
Set the cursor in your position then go to layout section and insert above or bellow.

How to delete a column?
Set the cursor in the column which one you want to delete then click on layout then click on delete button and choose your choice.

How to delete a Row?
Set the cursor in the row which one you want do delete then go to layout section and click on delete then choose your choice.

Split Cell: Split Cell is used to break a cell into two or more cell.

How to create Split Cell?
Set the cursor in the cell which one you want to split then go to layout section then split cell after clicking on split cell choose column and rows number then ok.

Merge Cell: Merge Cell is used to join the many cells together into a single cell.

How to create Merge Cell?
Select the cell then go to layout section and Merge Cell.

Split Table: Split Table is used to split a table into two or more table.

How to create Split Table?
Set the cursor in the table then go to layout section then split table.

How to draw a Table?
Go to insert menu then click on table after clicking on the table draw your table and then click on the page and drag.

How to erase a Table?
Click on eraser then click on the line which one you want to delete.

How to decorate a Table?
First click on table then click on design and choose table style.

How to break a Page?
Go to insert menu then click on break page.

How to give Page number?
Go to insert section then click on page number and choose the position.

How to get Header and Footer?
Go to insert section then click on header and footer and choose the header and footer style.

Header: Header is the top merging of the page in where you can write any heading.

Footer: Footer is the button merging of the page in where you can write signature and special notes.

How to put formula in your Table?
Set the cursor in the cell then go to layout section then click on formula after clicking on formula put formula and press ok.

How to use a Password?
First create your document then click on office button then save as then write file name then save next click on office button then prepare then encrypt document then enter the password next click ok then reenter your password and ok then click on office button then save close.

Hyperlink: Open MS-Word then write document in each page and save both file then open first file click insert then hyperlink then choose second file and ok then open second file click on insert then hyperlink then choose first file then press ok choose then yes.
